Great service. Turned up when they said they would. Bits of broken mechanism fell out when dismantling, replacement gearbox fitted and had lock repaired within 20 mins or so.

He did everything we had asked, plus a couple of additional jobs, and it all looks and works great. His work is very neat and he tidied up as he went along.
