Absolutely FAN DABBY DOZY. Arrived on time. He removed 8 old internal lights and installed new ones. Also removed 2 old external security lights and installed new ones. he took away a double socket and installed it further down the wall. no mess. very friendly, definitely money well spent. This company tricks customs. They call you and highlight a free call out. Their engineer came late around 8pm and did not do any work then sent an invoice of 150 pounds for just looking at the tray and leaving.

Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.
