We needed a large tree felling (unfortunately). Bould Trees have done a great job and less than half the price of the other quote. They were polite. They got on with the job and left no mess at all. They have done such a good job that a neighbour asked if they could give them a quote too. Working in Insurance I was happy to see that they had full PPE and used harnesses too. No half measures. John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,
