Mark came round almost immediately and provided a quote very quickly. His prices were very competitive and he provided me with references, all of whom gave him glowing feedback. I have had an oak floor laid and woodwork replaced and I am very please with the results. Mark will be laying decking in my garden in the next couple of weeks. Materials were paid for upfront which we were a little bit worried about at first but materials and team turned up at agreed time. Another payment was made halfway through and on completion as agreed. Darren completely transformed our run down mud bath garden into a lovely clean family garden that we all absolutely love. Valley replacement needed due to it leaking into porch. Competitive quote. No money upfront requested - unlike some others. Job turned out to be sightly different from originally thought, due to what was found once the tiles were removed. Came up with an alternative plan that didn’t affect the timescale or quote. Job was finished slightly ahead of schedule, due to pace of work and numbers of personnel. Bit of clearing up required afterwords, but nothing too taxing. On the whole very happy! Would use again.

Eugene was organised, professional and friendly as were all of his team. He organised all the relevant building regs applications etc, I didn’t have to get involved, and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. No mess left behind, up front and honest, a refreshing change to my previous experiences of the building trade. Eugene is very knowlegeable and comes up with some great ideas. Highly recommended and will definitely be using Eugene and his company again in the not too distant future.
