STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

I was happy with his quote and he turned up when he said he would and spent two full days doing a fantastic job. I would recommend him without hesitation. Great work replacing the decking & treatment applied. Only negative to be cautious is that Dave Quoted a price to replace the entire decking & we agreed to proceed. Dave ripped off all the rotten wood as prep. Next day he comes back bumping up the price few hundreds saying prices of wood increased. I might have felt threatened at some point that he’d stop the work if I didn’t agree. Was forced to agree on the new price to get the already ripped off decking work completed.
