I've given 4 stars for reliability - but that was only because covid-19 interrupted. Other than that, James came up with a design that I liked, and he and his his guys did a great job making it work. Work was completed in March 2018..Absolutely terrible job.some block chipped,not replaced..Worst of all the mono block has turned green..not just part of it but all of it..I shall have to replace it all next year..BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY..
