John gave a price, based on my description and photo. He confirmed he'd arrive the following day and this morning, called to say he'd arrive in "30 mins". John arrived as promised and promptly fixed the issue. He also noticed a blockage in the downpipe and resolved that too. I can't fault him in any respect and am happy to recommend him to anyone. I highly recommend Thomas and his team for their excellent workmanship. They were punctual, polite, and trustworthy, completing the job — detailed pointing, brickwork replacement, installing a new gutter and downpipe, repairing a wooden patio door, and tiling. All work done to a high standard with quality materials. He provided valuable advice, and the site was left clean. Working with him for the first time, I appreciated the professionalism and good rapport established. A great experience overall!
