Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

I had worked with my father doing plumbing and by the time I was 13 years old I was a part time partner in his company, I further went to college and qualified in level 2 NVQ Plumbing and had carried a full-term apprenticeship, creating a portfolio. Once finishing my qualifications I became a full time partner in my father’s general building company which entailed doing, extensions, refurbs, plumbing and heating, kitchen & bathroom refurbishments, new builds, roofing and lead work.
