Good: Arrived on time and waited for me because I was late, cleared the drain ... at last we can have baths again! Very personable chap, not afraid to get his hands dirty! Knows his drains! Other: Cost a little more than I had offered (£80 I had offered £50) but he was here longer than expected. Also there was some sewage/dirty water left over on the patio that we had to clear up after he had left which wasn't pleasant.

We are highly impressed with your service and thank you so much. Living 70 miles away we had no idea where to turn for help so your website was a godsend. However, the situation got so bad rapidly that The City Council deemed it to be a public health hazard and then referred the problem to Southern Water who have sorted this problem. Thank you for your comment as explained in our earlier correspondence the job was booked in for 7.30 pm and the rates for the work carried out are on the website for all to see .im sorry you feel it was expensive but unfortunately we do have to charge vat.

  Fortunately my drains were clear from the camera inspection, unfortunately it cost £186 to find this out.

  Was quoted today for the same job £75. Which included vat and out of hours. Not to worry. You live you learn.
