Job not completed, now struggle to get hold of Rob. I had spoken with Rob on the phone, explained my drain was backing up and i suspect it was the french drain being backed up. We agreed that connecting to the main drain was a good solution. This was done to a good standard though no attempt to find the route cause of the problem was done. I would expect this from a drainage expert. I got home to find it still pooling up with water. Rob said he would try get some one round. This has not happened.

completely untrue customer asked for downpipe connected to manhole which we did he then asked if we could sort out his blocked toilet which we did he then refused to pay for the unblock stating he could of done that himself, not at any point were we asked to investigate any other issues or we would have done we dont refuse work,

I have just finished the job you started. For argument sake let's say you was only there to do a connection. The pipe was 75% full of sediment. I find it hard to belive that a "drainage expert" couldn't tell from the weight in that pipe alone that there was an issue. I, the home owner was not told of any issues. Poor workmenship from a "drainage expert" I have a photo of the pipe should any one be curious.

are you under some illusion we go around lifting pipes and weighing them you are an absolute joke wedding the job you asked for qehad to reduce the cost as you clearly couldn't afford it however didn't mention this until the job was completed to any other traders out there avoid this waste of time
