I do appologise for the inconvenience caused but, as I was very busy, I didn't want to commit myself to a job I couldn't do. Also I thought you said you already had a few quotes, so I don't understand why you had to wait for my quote!? However, please accept my sincere appopogies.

Had a visit for a quote, never heard a thing back despite texts phone calls an emails. Wasted 3 weeks waiting for a quote that didn't arrive

You may well have been busy if you didn't want the job you should have told me. I texted you rang you and emailed you, all ignored. A call or text takes less than a minute

We contacted Adrian because of his reviews on this website and have not been disappointed. In just over a week our tired, outdated bathroom has been transformed to hotel chic. It is truly beautiful. The work was completed with the minimum of disruption, in time, on budget and to a very high standard. Although Adrian encountered problems he dealt with these with quickly and without complaint. We can't wait to use him again and have happily recommended him to friends. A fantastic job!
