Didn't turn up on the first day but, did manage to complete the job within timescale. In saying that, one radiator was left hanging off the wall and pipes in a bedroom left uncovered. Eventually after months they returned to re hang the radiator, unsuccessfully, it still is hanging off the wall. One year on and despite having a one year guarantee and first boiler service free, we cannot get them to return our calls. Absolutely appalling service, that has caused us huge distress.

The Vailant boiler was fitted well on the date arranged,and has been excellent, unfortunately due to various reasons the fitting of the gas fire in the lounge had to be re-scheduled four times.The fire is now fitted and looks great.
