We appointed AKS to re-render the front and side elevation of our house. Dealing with Nathan made the process a pleasure. Fast to respond to emails, questions, phone calls and queries we were impressed with his conscientious nature - and time-keeping. Nathan supplied a couple of options - a repair and a total re-render. We opted for the more expensive but longer lasting re-render option which involved full scaffold to the front and side of the house. Once we agreed a plan and a price, we were given a schedule so we knew what to expect - and when. We were assured that the estimated price would be the price we paid - barring any unforeseen issues. All the tradesmen we experienced over the 5 day project were courteous, tidy and skilled in their field. Nathan was available at all times as project manager and dealt quickly and effectively with any questions or comments. We are completely happy with the outcome and how the project was handled - on time and on estimate. It's a difficult decision, putting your home at the mercy of contractors, but one which AKS and Nathan in particular have made easy. I would definitely use AKS again and would recommend them to anyone considering employing building contractors.
