Garage Doors - Installation / Repair
I am very disappointed in the service provided by this contractor. He accepted this job on rated people, knowing what the job entailed. He came out to assess first and let us know what needed to be done and said he would order the parts. Upon returning to complete the job, he attempted to fix it, damaged it even further and then said he cannot do it as he is an electrician and this is not his field of work. Glad I did not pay the invoice before this work was complete.

I feel terribly sorry , as I have had expenses to deal with your garage to fix it and my invoice was sent just to let you know when it’s done to complete it . not even asked for you to buy the parts or charge you beforehand for any call out after sociable hours ! . Your rating carriers a lot of weight and a is my own fault for attempting to fix a 20+ years old garage door never maintained since day one installed , you need to reconsider your rating as it is inaccurate.

There were a few bumps along the road, but Alex came back and fixed these free of charge and within an hour.
