Bathroom Installation
Adrian and his team did a fantastic job. The old bathroom fittings and partition wall were removed and new bathroom refitted in the time specified and to very high standards. They were always reliable, and respectful of neighbouring properties. Adrian was also happy to make minor alterations as the job progressed as well making useful suggestions based on his experience. The quote was very competitive and I will certainly be using him again in the near future for other work. Honest, focused and always insistent on the highest standards, I strongly recommend him.

Reliability: Alex London is reliable, honest and is customer centric. Alex London would response to queries in a timely manner; escalate project issues early; and delivered the project on time as agreed. Alex London would accommodate last minute changes where possible, for example, the customer change their mind on the number of lighting circuits requried and this was arranged without any hesitation. Another example was the customer wanted to add an additional electric point in the bathroom after the walls been tiled, and again this was done without hestiation. These examples demonstrate Alex London is customer centric and customer friendly. Value: The quote Alex London provided was fair with the quality of the finish and time spent. The quote included both materials and labour which made budgeting easy; all costs were communicated upfront so there was no surprise. Additionally, Alex London made efforts in proposing alternative materials to achieve cost savings (for example, the use of non designer taps but with similar specifications). Unlike common contractors, Alex London was willing to take on additional responsibilities to purchase bespoke materials on customer’s behalf. For example, Alex London was happy to order and collect a cabinet from Ikea to build a bespoke bathroom design to the customer specifications. It is worth mentioning that Alex London had to travel to Ikea on several occasions due to Ikea stocking error; additional incurred time was absorbed by Alex London and was not pass on to the customer. Quality: The overall quality is good. Alex London was willing to listen to customer concerns and would remediate any work until the customer is satisfied. Like any refurbishments, there were areas that would require touch up after completion; Alex London returned as promised and touched up on all areas requested. Additionally, Alex London was willing to take on minor modifications to the work even after completion. For example, the customer wanted the spring shut on all doors to be removed after project completion and Alex London performed without hesitation.
