Mark made contact within an hour of posting the request. He called the following day to survey the work required and quoted me that evening. I agreed price and he was able to do the job within a couple of days, would have been quicker but weather was a problem. Satisfied with the job, only problem being that my tenant complained that they had left some mess on floor. I can't really add to this as when I went to examine job everything was cleared up
