Water Tanks and Immersion Heater
Aaron came 8 Dec to fit water heater. Nice chap. Seemed professional. However the water heater fell down in the night and flooded the bathroom. I had to pay £180 for an emergency plumber. He had not used bolts to attach it to the wall but long, thin screws. A week or so later I actually found the bolts included in the installation kit, untouched. Aaron not answering phone. Water Heater a write off.

Aaron fitted an Ariston water heater we got from a charity. We are - a disabled Mum and 2 kids. It fell off the wall flooding the bathroom because he did not use the bolts in the installation kit to mount it. Water heater now a write off, Aaron not answering his phone. 180 quid on emergency plumber.
