Plaster Skimming
In the end I had nine ceilings to plaster. They were heavily artexed and also showing very heavy board lines at the joints. Initially, I was prepared to have them taken down, re-boarded and then skimmed but Ben told me that this was extra cost that wasn't justified. Ben made an arrangement to quote for the job and turned up on time. He told me when he would deliver the quote and it was on time. He also agreed that days when he would come to do the job and arrived at the agreed time every day. Other quoters couldn't even attend for the quote on time. The job was very messy, but dust sheets were applied to all of the affected areas and all was fully cleared up at the end of each day. In addition, Ben took all of the rubbish away with him rather than leaving it on the driveway. We weren't available for consecutive days but Ben accomodated our schedule, including working at weekends to fit in. The standard of workmanship was superb and he paid great attention to detail. I now have 9 fantastically finished ceilings. I know that Ben has other skills as a tradesman and I have no problem recommending him to anyone I know or to get him back for further work in future. A thoroughly skilled tradesman!

We had our bedroom ceiling and walls re-plastered and I would thoroughly reccommend Ben - he did the job quickly and to a great standard. He worked with minimal fuss, c;eaned up at the end of the day, and we hardly knew he was there. I would be more than happy to reccommend Ben to anyone looking for a plasterer.

We found Ben to be a very good worker and a nice polite guy, he was very punctual he covered all the floor from the frontdoor into the frontroom and was very clean and tidy. His quote was very reasonable and done in writing unlike some who promised us they would drop a quote in the post he actually delivered it by hand. We will definately use him again and would not hesitate in recommending him to others.

I am extremely pleased with the work Ben did for me. I got the work done within 2 days of me going on this site. Ben made sure to cover my carpets and prepare the area for plastering the ceiling, and cleaned up afterwards. He worked non-stop to get a big job done in a day. Thank-you Ben, highly recommended.
