My trees are now nicely cut back and a good shape, so the job was good in that respect. However, my garden has been left in a terrible state - plants trampled, pots knocked over, a solar light & wooden trellis broken, bits of branch and log scattered around the garden, wood chips everywhere. Horrible. It took them SO long to do the job (7 hours) that it was getting dark when they left so I couldn't see the full impact. I will have to get a gardener to fix it. Beechwood's cheap quote was a bad false economy.

The reason the job took SO long was because the wood from the trees had to be cut up and carried through the house without damaging anything. If you would like me to resolve the situation i would be happy to come back and fix the things that have been broken.
