Garden Maintenance
Steve at Birchwood set up a regular maintenance schedule that met my needs and was price competitive. His staff are prompt and courteous, the work is of a good standard and Steve has been flexible about re-scheduling sessions when we are away.

I originally left a positive review. However, increasingly the work became shoddy. Weeds left, grass seeds sprinkled on hard ground without covering nor watering (hence birds were fed and grass not grown). It has left my front garden worse than before. I asked Steve what he would do to rectify. Instead, he immediately stopped my services. Like receiving a poor meal in a restaurant and then being asked to leave rather than solve the issue. Believed team rather than me, despite my pictures proving I was right

Birchwood Garden Services have been looking after my garden now for most of the summer and we are very pleased with the service. Steve has always been very prompt with communications, incredibly helpful, and our wilderness is now looking far more manageable. I hope that this summer is the start of a much longer but equally as positive working relationship.
