After calling my usuall engineer with a boiler fault, who could not call for another 5 days meaning I had no heating or hot water I turned to Rated People and took a chance! Drew contacted me within minutes and arranged a convenient time the very next day. He had diagnosed the issue and even had the parts on his van!! My usuall engineer has been well and truly dumped!
