Thank you for our high rating, we do pride ourselves on our customer service and reliability. However, we also pride ourselves on our value for money, its a shame to be so poorly rated on value, especially when we wern't even given the opportunity to quote, no monies were even discussed ! Also, thank you to Rated People for still charging me for the lead, ( about £50.00 ! )

Both underlay and carpet were of a very poor quality, purchased off the internet.If a carpet has a 'bubble' in it after fitting, it just needs a re-stretch, which we do free of charge. When the fitters finished the job, Mr.Waters was "very pleased" with the quality of fitting.
