  Very disappointed. Electrician fitted another spotlight last week but it does not work 100%. Could be the light that we supplied or could be the connection. We wouldn't know either way, but even though he overcharged us in the first place - as already owed us £25 for a socket that he didn't end up fitting), he said there would be a call out charge of £35 to come and check the faulty spotlight.So much for 100% customer satisfaction.

  24/04/12 - Very pleased with the service provided by central electrics Installed another spotlight supplied by customer. Phone call 4 weeks later informing its not working. Informed customer that If the fault was with the light they supplied and needed replacing a charge would be made. If there was a problem with the workmanship no charge would be made. Customer not happy with response not to willing to communicate to resolved. allegations of over charging with no evidence.
