I have been a qualified plumbing and heating engineer since 2010.
I have done all types on installation and maintenance work in this field.
I strongly believe a good work ethic is: "what I do and how I do it counts."
I have worked for a major player in the construction field on behalf of a local Authority. I have also worked for a very well known plumbing franchise company owned by a major energy supplier.
I cover all areas from Cambridgeshire to south London.
However, I am committed to the jobs I quote for and the needs of you the customer.

Did not show up on three different occasions. First claimed he was sick, then that there was an emergency, and finally just did not show up at all. Avoid.

Sorry you feel I have messed up we spoke on the phone I conveyed I was ill it was not a claim. I do emergency work which takes priority. I did miss our last appointment due to the job running over but was coming until you stated not too. I feel to state avoid On your review is very disrespectful as I have over 100 customers who rate me and my work as 5 star. I do however hope you can get your plumbing issue sorted. Thanks Carl

You never phoned on Saturday when you were supposed to come. I had to phone you to find out you were ill. I arranged to work on home on Monday so that you could come, you never showed up just sent a message that you will come on Tuesday in the morning. Again you did not show up, sent another message that you will come by 5pm. No show again, and no messages either. You obviously think that other people have no responsibilities and can sit at home for days waiting for you.

Excellent service, Prompt, clean and efficient. Carried out the job requested and more, and gave us some good advise for other jobs. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Carl was great, efficient, punctual and kindly disposed of the radiator too - would recommend.
