James is the best tradesman we found for the work on our house. His attention to detail is excellent. His work ethic and manners are excellent. He wants everything to be right and if something needs to be changed doesn't always want paying more to do it, he can flex within the budget, although if a genuine extra, of course you would expect to pay.
