i contacted alex regarding the issues i had with my tiles he was a lovely man with a great knowledge i was quoted a reasonable price for removing tiles and replacing them the tiler arrived on time and when he finished i was extremely happy with his work now the not so good ,i asked about doing a clean and seal on my tiles the tiler arrived with no real equipment to hand just a couple of sponges yes he was here for 5 hours and you could see that it was sealed but not a deep clean as i expected it
