Richard visited us in the evening at a time convenient for us and was professional, making the process easy for us. Throughout, Richard was very flexible (especially when we changed the plans). From the start Richard was clear on the costings and there were no surprises. We are very happy with the final product and I definitely recommend Richard and Dream Home Improvements.
