Eddie rang promptly to arrange visit. Day of 1st visit arrived on time, looked at job and identified new part required. Paid for 1st visit and agreed to purchase new part and ring to arrange 2nd visit. Shower mechanism needed cost me £116. Arrived today to do repair. Here for 90 mins at which point informed me that he'd tried the new part and the shower would not switch off so he had put the old part back in. At no time before this did he tell me what he was doing. I'm now left with a shower which still leaks, a new part for my shower which I'll need to get another plumber in to look at and I've had to pay again for his time today. I'm £200 lighter and still have a leaking shower. I am trully disappointed in this outcome and whilst he was a really friendly chap I cannot rate his work because he was unable to fix my problem. I'm reluctant to use a site like this again and think I'll go on personal recommendation next time.

Well if anyone is looking for a plumber, then look no further, Eddie turned up on time, was friendly, and very professional, I was very pleased with the work that he did in my bathroom. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely choose him........Also his prices are very reasonable.
