Bathroom Installation
It was an earlier misunderstanding when i stated that Kamesh did not respond promptly to my request for a quotation. he did respond electronically via e-mail, but through no fault of his own there was a technical fault with the e-mail. He has since come home to personally quote/advise me on the job needed and i retract i my earlier comment(03/07/12) about the disappointing service experienced. I hope that rectifies the misunderstanding.

We have apologised to Mr. Dayaram for delay in processing estimate. Delay was due to our online software system malfunction. Mr. Dayaram have acknowledge the reason and we are now awaiting an outcome of our estimate and looking forward to install another quality bathroom suit for Mr. Dayaram. We request Mr. Dayaram to update our ratings.

Kamesh came home to give me a quotation. He surveyed what needed to be done and was supposed to give me a price approx. 2 weeks ago. He has not called me since and i am extremely disappointed at this level of shoddy service. I am more disappointed since he is my neighbor and lives 20m from my home. All this ,despite my informing him of my timescale and my availability, which was flexible.
