Property refurbishment: excellent at the critical decisions, especially regarding property modification/improvement. Builder took every opportunity to recommend and implement changes to specification that would add value - this was extremely valuable. Very co-operative at every turn. Quality of construction and first fix excellent, but quality of second fix/finish poor in some trades. Budget and timescale overran considerably due to unexpected flaws in existing building. After-sales support excellent.
