Cat Flap - Installation
Paul went over and above. He came to fit a cat flap but then helped with getting blinds up as well. When running into problems (blinds were too wide) he did not give up and - creatively - tried several things to solve the problem. We really appreciated his flexibility as well his tenacity. Will definitely call on him again in future.

What I thought would be a simple job turned out not to be so at all. Paul was excellent though and managed to fix my curtain rail in the end. I cannot fault his professionalism - or his tenacity!
