I always have some trepidation when contacting somebody to look at a faulty boiler, especially while being new to the area. What a relief to find an honest capable tradesman. Would not hesitate to use again. One negative however is that he must need a new watch because he arrived twenty minutes early!!

Highly recommend this tradesman who found an alternative fix rather than trying to sell me new parts. The price paid was also the same as he quoted when we spoke on the phone. I'd use HELP Specialist again in the future.
