hi david, further to post - sorry should have been more specific - the feedback from the tennant is" accidentally broke old gas heater off wall whilst installing new toilet, the exhaust hole has been covered with a small bit of plasterboard but it got a big gap behind it leading to an open hole to outside. The old heater and toilet was left by the front door".
