Shoddy work.

You were advised at the time to have the doors replaced as a repair may not stop the problem. You didn't want this done as you thought it was too expensive. Knowing full well that a repair may not work, we carried out the repair for you at your request. You were given all the information before we carried out the job, if you chose not to take good advise and go for the cheap option, I'm afraid that's down to you and not the workmanship.

Just to be clear, we asked for your advise about the most economical way to make the doors clear. You said you could repair the doors. In repairing the warped wood your poor quality work resulted in the door leaking which in turn stained the carpet. We would have been better off not asking you to carry out any work on the door. Your response to the problem was unprofessional and I would not recommend you to anyone, no matter how small the job.

Tom quoted me for a raidiator cover, his prices are very reasonable, and was able to do the work within a good time frame, we are so pleased with his work we've asked him to build us a wardrobe next,and he even hoovers up afterwards!

Came on day and time arranged, did an excellent job, cleared up afterwards, charged exactly as quoted. Very happy and will use again.
