Value- Ian was the most competitive price at just over half the cost of the other quotes I received.There were no hidden costs or added extras, the price he quoted was the price I got. Reliability- this was the most important for me as i had been let down by a tradesman and had to keep chasing them.Ian was always contactable and returned texts and calls
