Iain has helped us make some sense of what appeared to be a series of plumbing networks. A few fixes still to be completed after a thorough investigation, and a boiler service too. Can’t fault his approach, both honest and professional. Advised on cost saving options, and advise on moving forward. Will definitely call on him again for future works

We have had 3 engineers visit over the last year (that’s the ones who turned up) and Iain is the first to give an honest account of the problem and then fix it on the day! Both Iain and his young apprentice were polite and well mannered, and more importantly, didn’t overcharge for the work.
