Had trouble with panel on patio door, stated in all his years never seen anything like it, these are standard white UPVC doors, and this was after two site visits, tried to convince me doors secure with important part missing, lied about significance of part, unpleasant to deal with, returned to complete work, but not to any acceptable standard, crooked screws, screws missing, parts bent/misaligned, ironically his invoice states 'quality work gauranteed'.
