Radiator
Didn't turn up for the first appointment, was late for the second one with no message or call. Came with the wrong parts and took 3 hours to do a 1 hour job. Didn't check the radiator actually worked when complete. It didn't. Contacted him and he asked a few questions before stopping replying all together. Had to get another person in who said the valve was broken from poor installation.
