A competent tradesman with a variety of skills although organisation and communication skills leave room for imporvement
Internal Rendering
Dangerous objects such as an open rusty stanley knife and an open bottle of acid was left around the house and garden with no regard for my two young children (1 and 3). General rubbish such as chocolate wrappers, broken tools and cigarette butts were left strewn across the house and garden. Gypsum plaster was used in places where we had asked for lime plaster and a strip behind the fire place was left unfinished. I won't be using them again.

Highly disappointed in this feedback. I feel u have made up and exaggerated most of this and did not mention any of this to me on completion when you seemed very happy with everything. I Certainly did not use gypsum only on plasterboard where agreed. Again very disappointed!
Home Improvements

Excellent job initially, but after several weeks the problem was back. The nice young man came back to assess the situation. My garden shed blocked their access to the part of the roof that needed attention. I said I would have it moved and text him which I did. I phoned and text him for nearly 3 weeks before receiving a text saying they were very busy but would send a roofer to look at my roof - no one showed up. Their lack of a courtesy call is sadly disappointing.
