Laminate / Wooden Kitchen Worktops
Ian Brand was very personable and generally easy to do business with. On a few points, a more carefully managed order of events would have prevented unexpected hassles; more careful advance specification of fixtures and fittings by ourselves would have increased overall satisfaction with final quality and finish. Still, Ian put a great deal of time into this job (e.g. bringing samples around, etc.), and the tradesmen he used were reliable and of a high quality.
