had new carpet fitted last aug damage done from dropped steam iron insurance claim sattisfactoy i said to there fitter could he lay the damaged part in bedroom he said he could but had no underlay or gripper with him he said he woul come back latter in the week .He did not show up. I then contacted Lee who said he would do the job gave me aprice over the phone and a date and time he would be there.Excellant job done after much turning and trying to hide damage every was excellent and discounted price agreed
