Martin was clear on the phone about possible solutions that would be required, came very punctually, and after investigation explained clearly what the problem was (faulty ball cock in an inaccessible tank that will need a redundant tank to be removed). Martin is returning at a suitable time to drain the redundant tank and remove it, thereby allowing him access to the underlying problem. Recommended!
