i had an emergency and m&t contacted me within a couple of hours. they asked to give me a quote but as it was an emergency he came straight out to look at the work. he kept in touch with me by phone as i was at work. i was happy with the price and work went ahead. no more money than was quoted was charged and no problems with the work
