Came to look over the job then I never heard from him with a quote. Left a voice mail message but did not receive a response. Seems a nice guy but I can't leave a positive review in light of the circumstances. Cant post reliable feedback of quality or value so left average score on both.

I left work early to get home for the agreed time of 2 oclock and there was no sign of tradesman. i left messages on the landline and mobile number but i never got any response after an hour passed i went back to work and still a week on we have heard nothing and have a job which needs doing. Do not go with Mr Plumber as they were not reliable what so ever. You would at least expect a phone call of apologies if he was unable to attend the job. Complete wast of space and a complete let down

As I pointed out the mix up was my human error. There is no one home during the day to check messages and if I'm attending a job, with a customer or driving then I tend to check them later. You pointed out that you managed to go back to work after waiting an hour. I attempted to rearrange the job but you informed me that you had found another plumber. My error, my loss. Thank you for your feedback.

It would have been appreciated for you to return my calls and voice mails if it was a case of a mix up of dates but instead we heard nothing until I left you negative feedback. I wasted a whole afternoon sitting in waiting for you to turn up to do the job. Do not recommend at all
