Unreliable, this company contacted me on Rated People, exchanged messages and were very keen to provide a quote. I also spoke to Phillip on the phone who was due to send a quote through the same day, as well as call to my home the next day, however, he never sent any quote through and also never contacted me to arrange a time to call round.

Good morning Nina, I discussed visiting to measure up and provide a quote for the work but you didnt send us the address. I have messaged and called numerous times with no response. We dont employ anybody called Phillip. I beleive this review is for another company who you have been in contact with. Michael at MS4.

MIchael came to offer a quote. Very friendly and put my mind at ease. Having put off doing what needed to be done for so long after bad advice a couple of years ago, I accepted the reasonable quote. Dan arrived half hour later and quickly fitted a new shower and also was very friendly. Thank you for completing the same day. A+++

After a problem regarding the arrival of this company which I suppose included myself the plumber eventually completed the job asked for to my satisfaction. He was pleasant with me and left the room in a clean state. So the work he did I can recommend to someone in the future.
