Owen is a nice guy and seems to know what he is doing. Completed my emergency job promptly on arrival but it only turned out to be a few minutes work so on reflection I felt like his charge was extortionate. He subsequently never provided any invoice or receipt to confirm the work done, despite several requests and reminders for over a year. Also never completed quote for family after I recommended him for their house. Disappointed as I was originally going to retain him as a contact for future projects.

Punctual, experienced and tidy. Leak found on first visit within 2 hours of first contact. Came back 2 nd day with replacement part and repaired the leak. Cost was within expected budget.
