From the moment I received the call to the final day when the work was completed, the service was 5*. I received a call from NOVA and soon after received a written quote via email. The day before the work was to be done, I received a call confirming they were coming and at what time....arrival was prompt. The workmanship is first class, no mess and communication throughout has been excellent. I would use them again and recommend to others.
