quick, polite, very reasonable - no "catches" - I didn't have to provide a credit card first, they didn't turn up and quote (exhorbitantly) on arrival and pressure me (as another company did.) They stated the options on the phone, turned up and carried out what they said they would with no hidden extras. 10/10
