Paul left the work unfinished after taking the money from my girlfriend. He promised he would come back, but I never heard from him again. Carpets were very loose and not gripped in two areas. He made a hole in the skirting board behind one of the doors. One of the carpets was cut short so when I paid someone else to stretch the carpets and finish the job, they couldn't in this room, so I have a loose carpet. Paul ruined expensive carpets. Not recommended.

Paul did an good job for us with a difficult product (seagrass carpet). He was very tidy and worked precisely, but also quickly. Plus he was very friendly and cheerful :) Would definitely offer him work in future and recommend him to others.
