Alan is a pro. He was willing to come in the evening as my tenant couldn't do 8-6pm (not many plumber does outside of those hours) and fixed the leak in an hour. He even fixed my other toilet for a very good price! I've recommended him to my friends and he fully deserves the all the ratings he received here.
